Audio Coordinator(2~4년 이상)

Role Overview

This position assists with basic sound setup and equipment preparation for Arena events. The Coordinator supports daily operations under the guidance of the Senior Coordinator and Supervisor.

Principal Duties

- Assist with basic sound equipment setup and strike for rehearsals and events

- Operate basic audio equipment (microphones, cabling, playback devices, monitors)

- Support patching, stage setup, and console preparation

- Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and simple maintenance

- Support equipment movement and inventory management

- Assist troubleshooting simple on-site issues

- Work collaboratively with other technical teams

- Follow all Arena safety and operational guidelines

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 2+ years of relevant experience

- Without a degree: 4+ years of relevant experience

- Basic understanding of live sound systems and signal flow

- Experience with digital consoles preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Extensive experience in live sound operation, mixing, and system management across diverse event types.

• Proficiency with Dante, Q-SYS, and major digital mixing consoles (Yamaha, DiGiCo, Avid, etc.).

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for coordination with internal departments and external production crews.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm decision-making under pressure.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, signal-flow diagrams, and maintenance records.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
